This project set out to create a space that felt grounded, yet elevated. The client wanted a rich, tactile environment with natural materials but also one that flowed beautifully and felt distinctly modern. Every space, from the main living areas to transitional zones like corridors and staircases, needed to hold design value. Nothing could be overlooked or under-designed.
Our goal was to take everyday architectural elements like walls, corridors, ceilings and staircases and treat them as artistic moments. We used cladding, mirror work, and sculptural ceiling details to shape a continuous visual rhythm throughout the home. The challenge was in balancing strong material contrasts: dark stone and wood with soft marble, raw textures with polished finishes.
From the first step inside, the home feels like a curated journey. The palette shifts between rich textures and refined surfaces: warm dark woods, cracked stone, soft travertine, and sleek grey marble. Bespoke wall treatments and unexpected material pairings lend each space a distinct identity, while curved forms and sculptural ceilings guide movement throughout the home. In the open dining and living areas, everything comes together – raw meets refined, bold meets quiet, form meets function. It’s a space that celebrates contrast and cohesion in equal measure.
