The client wanted more than just an office, they needed a space that reflected their vision and energy as a business. The ground floor had to work as an experiential sales centre to engage clients, while the first floor needed to house key departments in a way that encouraged focus, flexibility, and flow. The design had to feel premium, but also purposeful – something that embodied the company’s future-facing mindset
The space needed to support multiple teams, different workstyles, and high levels of foot traffic, all while delivering a seamless, elevated experience for all. The challenge came in creating flow and energy without compromising structure. Everything, from circulation flow to zoning, had to work hard and feel natural without feeling over-designed.
The final design turns the layout into an experience. The ground floor is anchored by a Grand Hall – part reception, part showroom – where visitors move through exhibition spaces and interactive tech like holograms. Upstairs, open-plan zones support collaboration between the Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Investment teams, while the CEO and Legal departments enjoy a calm, more private setup. The colour palette is lifted straight from the brand, but enriched with vibrant tones and textures that energise the space. It's a headquarters that shows exactly what that company stands for.
