This residential resort was designed to create a calm, contemporary escape. The vision was to bring resort-style luxury into everyday life, blending sleek modern forms with warmth and comfort. Every detail, from the façade to the landscape, had to reflect a sense of privacy, fluidity, and quiet elegance.
The architecture had to be bold and clean, but still feel inviting. We used rich marble, sharp horizontal and vertical lines, and large expanses of glass to frame the structure with precision but without losing softness. It was essential to create a strong connection between indoors and out, and to make sure each home had its own secluded sense of space. The outdoor areas needed to feel personal, not overly manicured, while still delivering that luxurious, resort-style experience.
The result is a series of contemporary residences where each home feels like a little private escape. Clean architectural lines and soft-toned marble give the structures presence, while full-height glazing opens the interiors to natural light and greenery. Water features greet residents at key moments, and every home flows out into a private pool, lush planting, and open-air dining space. The layout is open but intentional, with every element – from the facade to the landscaping – designed to feel serene, spacious, and exclusive.
