Iolite is one of three bespoke residences in Riyadh, designed to reflect the personal taste and lifestyle of its owner. Rising gracefully over three stories, the mansion embodies quiet luxury. It has a minimalistic yet warm architectural language where clean lines and rich materials set the tone.
The design focuses on creating spaces that feel open, fluid, and connected. Every transition from room to terrace to courtyard happens seamlessly. A harmonious palette of soft tones ties everything together, creating a calm and balanced living experience.
The vision was to design a space that feels refined yet lived in. Minimal without feeling cold. The challenge lay in maintaining clarity and restraint while still giving the home warmth, texture, and personality.
We approached the architecture and landscape as a single language, ensuring the outdoor features didn’t sit apart from the home but completed it.
The result is a home that breathes. Natural light moves through open spaces, the tones flow gently from inside to out, and the landscape softens the structure without overpowering it. Every space is connected. Not just physically, but through mood, tone, and rhythm.
