Lucidia, The Goshenite House is designed to sit lightly on its landscape – a modern glass atrium reflecting the water below. Each floor reveals a new view, making the architecture part of the scenery. Warm wood tones ground the design, softening the clean lines and connecting indoors and out. The outdoor spaces are shaped for living – from intimate dining areas to flowing water features, every corner tells its own story.
The goal was to create a home that embraces its views without feeling detached from them. The challenge lay in balancing openness with warmth, allowing the glass structure to feel inviting, not cold, and ensuring each space has its own sense of purpose and intimacy.
The result is a residence where structure and landscape live in harmony. Light floods through the atrium, the water reflects every angle, and movement through the home feels effortless. Lucidia shows how thoughtful design can reshape daily experience – turning living into something fluid, grounded, and memorable.
