Celestite was designed as a modern retreat – a home that feels calm the moment you step inside. The brief was clear: clean lines, natural flow, and details that speak softly but beautifully. Inspired by the serenity of its namesake gemstone, the architecture had to feel pure, while the landscape needed to act as a true extension of the home.
The goal was to keep things simple — but far from plain. The facade had to feel bold in its minimalism, while the outdoor layout needed to support both privacy and openness. Balancing softness and structure was key, especially when tying together hard materials like stone and glass with the gentle atmosphere we wanted to achieve. Every surface, line, and shadow had a role to play.
Celestite is the kind of space that quietly transforms how you live. The clean white facade brings a sense of calm strength, while the interiors and exteriors are carefully tied together through soft transitions and sculptural detail. The backyard unfolds as a private haven: a sleek pool with a tranquil water feature, a shaded lounge beneath a cantilevered overhang, and carefully framed views of the courtyard. Light moves effortlessly through the space, highlighting texture, balance, and flow. This is modern luxury at its most serene — designed not to impress, but to be felt.
