This Riyadh home was designed to feel modern and minimalist. Inspired by Asian architecture and natural materials, the vision was to create a calm, private retreat with a clear sense of flow and balance. The exterior had to make a statement without shouting, using stone, wood, and glass to play with light and proportion. Inside, everything needed to feel refined, tactile, and effortlessly elegant.
We wanted to keep the architecture light and open but still grounded in texture and detail. It was about getting the balance right: clean, minimal shapes paired with rich materials. The courtyard played a big role in how the home was experienced, and it had to feel like a natural extension of the indoors, not a separate zone.
The finished mansion delivered exactly what our clients wanted while preserving a deep sense of calm. Inside, marble floors sweep into timber-clad walls, creating a seamless blend of texture and tone. The central courtyard – with its sunken seating, tranquil pool and lush greenery – blurs the line between indoors and out, giving every space a natural flow. From the grand facades to the most private interiors, every surface showcases meticulous detail and our belief that design is living art: luxury you can feel, move through and truly call your own. We’re very proud of how this project turned out.
