The Brief

Minimalism, made to breathe

This Riyadh mansion turns minimalism into a living, breathing canvas. Every angle, every surface, every quiet detail has been considered – nothing too extra, nothing loud. The facade is all about clean geometry and strong lines, where travertine and warm wood meet in a way that feels both bold and calm.

Step into the courtyard and it’s like walking into a breath of fresh air. A soft, neutral palette and smooth marble floors make the space feel light, airy, and effortlessly elegant. Everything is designed to flow inside to outside, structure to landscape, light to shadow.

The Challenge

Simplicity is never simple

Designing simplicity is anything but simple. The goal was to craft a home that feels grand without shouting about it. A space that connects with nature without losing its modern edge. Balancing raw materials with softness and precision with warmth.

We wanted the courtyard to feel like the heart of the house. A place that reflects light and life in equal measure.

The Outcome

A minimalist statement with soul

What stands now is a minimalist statement with soul. Travertine textures play against clean architectural lines, while soft light moves through the spaces. Ivory Atrium is proof that when design is treated as art, even the simplest shapes can feel extraordinary.
