The Mulham wellness resort, spanning 10,000 sq.m., represents a study in the application of minimalist architectural forms within a landscape setting. The design incorporates linear elements and spatial arrangements informed by Asian architectural traditions, while also reflecting the intrinsic qualities of Arabian design. The resulting spatial composition aims to produce a cohesive and serene environment conducive to wellness practices. The design concept includes two options: Type A, which features a single resort on the 10,000 sq.m plot, and Type B, which comprises three typical resorts spread across three separate plots. Every corner is concisely designed to create unique experience, from the simple yet sophisticated landscaping, to the curated selection of neutral materials, along with perfectly chosen furnishings.
